• IDR 100.000 per vehicle / area (Bangli, Klungkung).
• IDR 200.000 per vehicle / area (Karangasem, Buleleng, Negara).
• IDR 100.000 per vehicle / area (Jatiluwih, Bedugul, Ulun Danu, Selemadeg).
• IDR 250.000 per vehicle / area (Gilimanuk Harbour, Menjangan, Pemuteran).

Additional Hours:

• 10 % from of the rental price.

1. Pick – Up and Drop – Off:

• The driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flights arrival.
• Look for the staff / driver holding a sign with Your Name.
• If the driver cannot be contacted or if you’re experiencing delays, please contact us immediately.

2. Hotel Pick – Up and Drop – Off Services:

• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving.
• The driver will arrive at the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• If the driver cannot be contacted or if you’re experiencing delays, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy:

Car rental, sightseeing Trip and adventures tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel their booking based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk for the journey, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny expect a refund.

Reservations need to be canceled at least 3 calendar days prior to the reservation date to avoid being charged in full amount.

Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the reservation date, full charge will be applied (Not Refundable).

A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date, minus some amount for Bank administration fee.

Customer could book their tours straight through our Booking Forms, which can be found on each car rental page in our website. After choosing the car type, find the booking from by clicking “Booking Form” button. Simply fill the form by information needed and click on the “Submit” botton. Customers will need to pay the total amount stated to secure the booking.
